Make adjustments base your particular environment! \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFor Arugula, Baby Kale, Spinach, Head \u0026amp; Mixed Lettuce:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e*Your lettuce is preliminarily washed. You can storage your lettuce in the bag it comes in before you use it. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*Before use, make sure you wash it.  To wash, soak in cold water for several minutes. Agitate a handful of times to knock any small pieces of debris off.  Rinse and spin dry in a salad spinner. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*For storing already washed greens, place is zip lock bag (sealed almost all the way shut) with a paper towel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*Store in crisper drawer. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003eFor Carrots \u0026amp; Beets\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*If using within a week, simply store in the bag provided in your crisper drawer. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*For long term storage, cut off the top greens - slicing about a 1\/4 inch into the beet or carrot - and place in zip lock bag (sealed almost all the way) in your crisper drawer. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFor Tomatoes\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*Cherry- you can store on counter (in a single layer is best) for 3-4 days. 70 degrees is ideal. If kitchen is hotter, they will ripen quicker. Move to refrigerator if starting to get overly ripe.   The refrigerator will delay them from rotting, but over time will change flavor and texture.  Always remember you can make a quick sauce or freeze them if you can't eat them before they go bad!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e*Slicing - Cherry- you can store on counter stem side down in a single layer for 3-4 days. 70 degrees is ideal.
